The founder, Ck Chen came from humble beginnings and had envisioned starting his own business at an early age of 14 and knew he had to start somewhere in order to achieve his goal.
Instead of furthering his studies after secondary school, Ck started working as an electrician and climbed up the ropes the hard way, slowly paving his way to success.
Fulfilling his childhood dream, he then started his company in 2002, bringing with him 20 over years of experience that he had gained over the years and instilling his knowledge of integrity and commitment to his employees.
What began as a one-man show has now flourished into an operation with a dozen or more handpicked specialists ready to serve with integrity and commitment.
Today, Ck remains a humble man that is closely involved with his team in a very hands-on manner; from being involved in designing projects, concepts, performing labor on-site, monitoring projects, clients, and is always on the constant search for more innovative solutions to take his empire to greater heights.

Ar Lim Eam Hooi is the founder of E H Lim Architect, and he is currently affiliated with Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia as Corporate Member and Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia as a Registered Architect. His vision of supporting sustainable property development have motivated him to participate in the property development scene in Malaysia, and have established the firm to be one of the prominent players in the industry. Prior to Ar Lim Eam Hooi starting his own architect firm, he had worked closely with his previous employers Pan Asia Akitek Collaborative and CSL Associates, with whom he gained much of his industry knowledge and practical experience. As of now, Mr. Lim through his firm has participated in more than 80 property development projects ranging from commercial projects, housing and industrial development, individual units, condominiums, schools, restaurants and other important development projects. Through his transformational strategies that are innovative, rigorous and relevant to today’s constantly changing demands. He has continuously delivered sustainable property planning strategies reforms which sees him ranked as one of the most influential property planners in the country.

Major General Dato’ Toh Choon Siang was the highly-esteemed first Chinese General Commanding Officer of the 1st Malaysian Infantry Division back in 2019. His lifelong achievement and contribution to the Malaysian Armed Force (43 years to be exact) is unprecedented, as he often provides humanitarian services locally and as well as internationally. Apart from his strong military experience, Major General Dato’ Toh also believes in the power of education in shaping great individuals. Over the years, he had obtained Masters in Defence Studies, and other academic qualifications in diverse fields of sports science, management studies and counselling psychology.
